Oh, another thing i want to mention before anyone goes and picks up a blu-ray player. Blu-ray player uses a certain firmware to play, as time goes on and in the very near future more and more unique features that can go along as bonus features on a disc will become available. If you are not able to update your blu-ray player's firmware via ethernet port for these new discs then you might get a "unable to read" or "disc error" type message.

I know for sure that the PS3 can be updated(obviously) but if you go on the cheap side your blu-ray player might not come with a ethernet port.

IDK how big a problem this is or if they will find a work-around for this but don't take my word for it. Do some research :)

WTF?! Why would you want them to? Sony is a bunch of over priced over confident panzies, they assume people will buy what they make so they jack their prices through the roof and make you think you need it.

So does Apple but everyone likes them, open your eyes.

Oh trust me, I know, I am in rebellion against Apple more so than Sony, I am just not going to get myself going on that too.

Well thats what companies want to do, make money and make more money.

I know, they just get so arrogant. It's like, "Your not cool unless your MP3 player is an iPod." or "You will never be able to watch DVD's in High Definition again unless you fork over a heap of money to buy our amazingly more costly player.".

It just ticks me off how companies have to exploit their products by stretching the truth just so you will find it as your only choice.
