Yea, but this is user created, and most of us users don't work at game designing companies.

Yeh i know but you can gain the same amount of experience from making a game as starting a new job. + the new job will probably earn you alot more money

And as to the money, as it is user created, more a hobby thing and a get my studios name out there so as to get money/sponsorship/bought to work somewhere else.

I'm actually on KJ's side. I could get a job right now. Construction. Tough work, but it pays, I get experience, and it leads to bigger things.
