The first one is a lot better because the music is more exciting. Maybe the text at the bottom can be a little better synced to when the guitars kick in. Maybe you can make the star start spinning really fast as it sweeps across the text too. Just a couple suggestions.

i like them both for differnt things

the first one is for a montage with upbeat music

the scound one is better for a lower beat music we should keep both of them

but if we had to have one i would say the 2nd one
