Hey so i got my 360 and i set it up today
the first thing i do is download the skate demo
so i am playing and i press the start button and i see demo time or something like that, when that runs out will i be able to play it anymore

Just when it quits you out, just reload it. You have to do the tutorial again but that doesn't take very long. So the answer is yes, you can play it again.

lol ya, if they didn't put that in you really wouldn't need to buy the game since it's so addictive :p But like KJ said all you have to do is restart the demo, and do the tuts. After a while you can do the tuts in like 2 minutes like me :D

yea i don't know why i am bothering to post even though the question has already been anwserd but yes when i kicks you off the demo it will show you a cool trailer then just start it up again
