Well kinda but saying that C&C really started off the technology way as if you have ever played them both, C&C is way more like the ones now.

Ensemble studios is making this one - they're a seasoned maker of RTS games...

Please, let their be a scenario editor. That was my favorite thing to do back in the days of Age of Empires II...
