I did a MTAF on live and they tied so I am not sure which one to get. I would like to know which ones you guys think I should get and why.

i say Guitar Hero World Tour because of the song creator and supposely(sp?) better drums

GHWT. Drums and guitar are just plain better than RBs IMO.
But RBs songs are amazing.

I prefer Rock Band 2. I like the whole feel of the drums better then I do with Guitar Hero. The placement of the cymbals for GH really turns me off, but you really have to find out for yourself on that one. That's just what I felt when I encountered it. The drum charts for Rockband are way easier to pick up and read then Guitar Hero. I still miss random bass notes because they can be hard to pick up since there just a grey streak and the backround is a blueish color. It's hard giving you insight to this since I'm overly RB biased, but you don't have to listen to this ramble of text.

The guitar for Guitar Hero is better. Has a cool features but the flicker is clacky, but you would rather have a guitar you know will always function properly. Rockband's guitar is better than the last, but still has the frail feel when you strum. I have never been a fan of the square buttons either.

Never touched the vocals for either. Both probably work really well.

I have only played Guitar Hero at a friends house so I can't give you the scoop about custom songs. From what I heard, you can only create original content that you made up. Sad face if that's true.

I havn't palyed GHWT, but if by "clacky" you mean the same way that the previous guitar hero guitars where, I MUCH prefer the RB guitar, it nice and quiet, not frail.

I love how RB 2 wins every voting poll on LG and yet all of the comments are in favor of GH:WT, I voted RB though.

I love how they say the exact opposite of what I do but don't beef there statements up with opinions.

GHWT because I've already got a guitar for it and I don't want to have to buy one for RB 2
