Exclamation PhotoShop Question!
After hearing my son tell me how great PhotoShop was so great I thought I should get him it for Christmas. He has been working on it in school and has gotten really good. I looked on the website and saw that the that the regular PhotoShop was about 700 dollars which is way out of the picture. Then I saw PhotoShop Elements which was 100 dollars. What is the difference between PhotoShop Elements or the PhotoShop Extended that they work on in school?

Get the Extended version. Adobe just came out with CS4 so make sure to get him the version hes using at school, which is probably CS3.

It doesn't really matter what version he gets, they are all basicly the same, just with CS3 layouts a little different.

Elements is fairly bad, hence the price, but CS3 i would definately reccomend.
