WoC is proud to announce its 48 Hour Halo 3 Event, taking place over the weekend beginning Friday 16th November, starting at 7pm (GMT)

Worldofclans invites Lockout Gaming, and your community to come and join us for 48 hours of nothing but double kills, triple kills, head shots, and MVP awards. There will also be plenty of on site activities all weekend, with arcade tournaments, prize draws, Screenshot competitions, video clip competitions and even Veteran Halo players will be on hand all weekend to help any one find their last skull, or their first skull.

With so many gamers online and participating in this one community event, there will never be a moment of rest. That’s the idea. The more players from your clan that are participating, the better chance you have of your clan being active the whole weekend, and getting those much sought after points. Heck, if you have enough players, you can play 3 clan matches at the same time, finishing all your matches early will have its own clear benefits, with the amount of other activities we will be undertaking on the weekend.

This event will be fast paced, clan match after clan match, against different clans every time, until the round is over. Matches will be decided on a home and away team basis for challenges, and all match listings will be available for all clans.

We will have constantly updated standings tables for each of the ladders, for all clans. View your rankings, your opponent’s rankings, or imagine your clan ranking, if you had entered the event.

Hi there folks, let me fill you in on more details:

WorldofClans likes to stand aside from MLG/Gamebattles. We are in touch with our community. Our community dictate the rules they use. For this event, we are using pretty much basic default rules/set-up, to start everyone on a level playing field.

After every match, you can leave comments on the match, and we will use your clans feedback, to redevelop our ladder rules, to the rules that YOU like. Many of our community have had negative experiences on Gamebattles, and they can see the benefits of our community run ladders.

Also on another note, there are only 14 days remaining for the seeding ladders. So if you would like to make a name for your clan on a new and up-coming competition website, get those matches in, as every clan who gets seeded in 1st place on any ladder before the event, will have a community interview spotlight, to tell the world your ambitions, or dreams of world domination.
