I don't know about the screenshots but the emblems do take forever to change. It took 2 days for me and that's only on my service record, it never did change on my avatar..

For your first couple screenshots it'll take about 2 - 3 days. Rhap, I never had that problem since I made my h3 symbol when I got h3 and have kept it :). Anyways, 2-3 days should do it. Now that I have over 30 screenshots mine load pretty fast.
