I got my 360 back a couple a days (from 3 red lights) ago and when i try to play a custom game it always says "waiting for everyone to load the map". i sit there for a couple of minutes and nothing happens and when i try to play matchmaking it takes forever to get people in to start the game,
umm.. Any suggetions or thoughts

um did you redownload the maps? if you did try restarting your xbox and if that doesn't work your internet is a little slow i guess

Sometimes for me, I have to load a different map first, try doing your own game, and try to load maps until one works, then leave the game and try the other maps, if they work (which they should) then you can go on live with them

Its called bad internet. Like dial-up.

Solution: Get Cable or higher.
