I dont know what you talking about but the Xsata or Xport is a device that you plug your xbox 360 hard drive too, its not a whole another 360.

So with new security precautions on LIVE how do you keep from getting banned?

I want to go to this event but I have had my account banned before just for being in a party with someone who was modding.

Na don't feel like that, we all make mistakes :)

On halo 2 you are no longer able to get banned,
If you go into matchmaking with mods all that will happen is you get booted offline and all you need to do is log back in.

And in custom games you cant get banned.

And about you getting banned for playing with a modder that has never happened to me or anyone i know so it had to be something you did.

EDIT:
On live you wont get banned if its on halo 2.
Idk about any other games thats something different.
